Matlab 2015a Stuck in "configuring dSpace software for Matlab"

I installed dSpace Target Link 4.2 and dSpace license Manager 5.3, then I installed MATLAB 2015a sp1. When i run Matlab it requires mex setup so I install Microsoft Windows SDK7.1, after that i run Matlab 2015aSp1 again but its stuck in "configuring dspace software for matlab(r) 8.5.1.959712 (r2015a) service pack 1 update 3" how can i fix this? its been like that for 24hrs already.
