cannot execute form eclipse (native mvm not found)

I'm using matlab 2019b and I follow the video :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_m0IIKIik1U but it doesn't work for me

• engine.jar path = "/usr/local/Polyspace/R2019b/extern/engines/java/jar"
• jim.jar path = "/usr/local/Polyspace/R2019b/java/jar"
• OS = linux mint 19.3 Cinnamon
• eclipse version = Eclipse IDE for Java Developers 2020-03 (4015.0) build id:20200313-1211

Solutions tried:

Add LD_LIBRARY_PATH to matlabroot/bin/glnxa64

use the same version of java as matlab uses
