I can't solve errors from output error status of creating PWM signal(example of Embedded coder support package for PX4 autopilot)

Hi, I'm trying to make PWM signal from my px4 hardware(Pixhawk1) with the example 'Getting Started with PWM Blocks for PX4 Autopilots' from Embedded coder support package for PX4 Autopilot.
I executed the example(monitor and tune), however, the output error status of PWM block indicated my error states.
I found the meanings of the error, however, I can't how to fix them.
How can I find solutions of my errors?

As per your discription the issue is resolved after caliberating the RC transmitter. I am just reposting it as an answer so that it helps anyone who may be looking for this issue. .
