How to apply DWT over each non-overlapping block of grayscale image?

I want to decompose a grayscale image of 512*512 in 64 nonoverlapping block of size 64*64. After that i want to apply 1 level of DWT on each of 64 blocks.Further need LL component of each block for further steps.
