How to start real time DAQ from a GUI using a session based interface?

HI,

I am trying to start real time data acquisition from a GUI, set the channels, acquisition properties and save the data. I know how to do this in the MatLab workspace; however, I can’t seem to be able to write the correct callback in the GUI m file. I don’t have any experience with programming GUIs and all the examples on here are for legacy based interface (I am working with a session based interface) any help would be greatly appreciated.
