How to propagate variable error in regression analysis using MATLAB

Suppose we have a regression equation with one dependent variable (Y) and several independent variables (X1, X2, X3...) and each of the independent variables has associated error (e1, e2, e3) associated with it. I would like to know the MATLAB code or function through which i can propagate these variable errors to Y through regression analysis or correlation matrix.
