Show and hide variable of interest/ unimportant in workspace ?

Dear Matlab users,

I write a program with lots of variable in Matlab workspace and I only interest in a few of them for debugging purpose.

I am trying to find a way to hide some unimportant variable whilst showing the important one

Is there any way to do this ?

The idea here is to break your program into multiple functions and keep only what variables you need as output of those functions. This will minimize all unnecessary variables into your main worksapace.
