If i generate a noise of particular points N, is its bandwidth dependent on lenght of vector?
N = 100;
time = 1: 1: N;
noise = randn (size (time))

randn function has default mean equals zero and variance equals one irrespective of length of the input vector to which noise has be added. For a zero mean RVs Noise Power is same as variance and Noise Power can be computed as the area enclosed by the PSD in the frequency domain (PSD * Bandwidth). Bandwidth is independent of length of the vector unless it is passed through external filters with frequency varying PSD.
