ERR_SSL_SERVER_CERT_BAD_FORMAT(-167) under Linux

Hello,
I start using Matlab on Linux for work but often when I start Simulink, the toolbar is replaced with this message:
And I must restart Matlab until it disapear. Also sometime the toolbar, when it is here, does not answer to click anymore. It generally happens while a simulation is running.
I'm connected to internet and I don't have this issue on Windows. I tried to open the ports, but no effect:
~ sudo ufw status
État : actif
Vers Action De
---- ------ --
31515 ALLOW Anywhere
4626 ALLOW Anywhere
31515 (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6)
4626 (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6)
I'm using Matlab R2019b.
Does anyone know why it happens and how to fix it?
Thanks, have a nice day.

Happens to me in R2019b, 100% of the time as far as I can tell. Considering that R2019b takes about five minutes or more to restart, I never considered retrying repeatedly to even be an option.

It seems the internet access is not friendly with MATLAB. I have problems like this when I was in China. I suggest to use a VPN or some other kind of proxy on your computer or rent a VPS in some places like USA. Best, Bo
