Hi Sam,

Are you using this NXP support package from file exchnage as in the link you provided? It would make sense to ask the authors if they have any recommended toolboxes to be instaled.

Keeping NXP aside, you can design motor models and controls, generate and deploy code using the newly introduced motor control blockset. You can read more about its features here:
