i am getting this message on every start-up, i already did as message said and had also checked for solutions online, but still its not working.

i need suggestions or can i make a pathdef.m file and save paths for every thing i am using?

Well, did you issue the commands:

restoredefaultpath;
matlabrc

like it suggested? Or have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? The Mathworks gives free technical support for all installation issues. Call them if you need to.

yes, there was some problem with Zip file and i tried reinstalling it two times and second install worked. thank you.
