how to find hidden neuron values of a layer?

If net is your network, the weigths of hidden layer i are in:
net.LW{i+1,i}
If you refer to the state of the neuron during a simulation, you need to calculate by yourself, or look into "sim.m" code to look for it. I think that are the only ways.
