Simulationtools for implementation in Simulink

I'm looking for simulation tools, which I can implement in Simulink to simulate electrical and thermal models. For example: GeckoCIRCUITS or Portunus. Do you know any more?

This user wants to simulate both electrical and thermal effects. In particular the thermal effects of a modelled circuit.

You can also use SimElectronics. With many blocks, you can enable/disable thermal effects in the components using the right mouse button.
In Simscape, you'll need to combine the electrical and thermal foundation library components to get what you need.

Thanks for your answers! I already know the Simscape Toolbox but can I also simulate the electrical behaviour of a model?
Some additional words to the application: The task is to simulate power electronics. I want to use the simulated power losses from the electrical model in the thermal model to calculate temperatures.
I'm not sure if Simscape is able to do that.
