App Design & Simulink

Hello everyone and wish you have a nice day.

I am trying to connect AppDesign and simulink. That means, i want to use appDesign to control a simulink file without open it. Beside that, we can plot the graph from the result of the Simulink file. But i have sỏme trouble with coding. I need some helps from our community.
