'something unexpected occurred' when downloading simscape multibody

I have tried downloading simscape multibody in matlab for multiple times, but each time 'something unexpected occurred' error pops up on screen and downloading fails. I am currently using matlab 2019b student version.

Hi,
This is a known issue and it is resolved in 2020a release.Upgrading your MATLAB version to 2020a may resolve the issue.
