Cannot open webapp on other pc browser

Hi,

I am using "Matlab 2019a-academic use" and have installed the Matlab Web App Server. I did registered the web app service using a default account, uploaded my *.ctf file and had succesfully run my app on the internet browser. My PC is connected to home wifi. However,

1. I cannot open the web app on other PC or mobile phone internet browser. I adjusted the Startup Timeout to 5min, but still the browser doesnot load anything.
2. I realize that I might need to setup the server as the guideline https://www.mathworks.com/help/webappserver/ug/set-up-matlab-web-app-server.html. However, I failed to find the script folder that contains the MATLAB Web App Server command-line scripts at C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Web App Server\R2019a\script. Hence, I cannot use the webapps-setup command.

Please help, I have been stucked with this problem for weeks. Thank you.

Are you able to load the webapp on the localhost running the web app server ?

If you are able to do that, its more likely that your firewall settings are preventing incoming connections.

I turned of the server pc firewall and its works fine. Is it secure for the server if firewall is turned off?
