How can I fix this error when using offline documentation in after upgrading to Linux Mint 20?

After upgrading to Linux Mint 20, I've been having trouble with the help function/documentation in Matlab 2019a. Here's an error that appears in the command window if I try to search "fft" in the help search bar. I have no idea where to start.

MATLAB R2019a does not support Mint OS. Please refer to system requirement documentation for R2019a from the below link:
