Implementation of Image Processing Algorithm using xilinx sysytem generator

I have designed models for image processing algorithms using matlab and system generator and also obtained the output in simulink. But i need to synthesize the model where i'm stuck. So i need to synthesize the model using xilinx ise. please help me out. Please its very urgent

matlab version: matlab 2009a

xilinx ise version: xilinx ise 12.4
