Arrange consecutive signals?

Hello all,

I am developing a research paper and in that it is said that for every single bit (0 or 1) from tag, the 'N' consecutive RF signal arrives at reader. I know how to deal with RF signals. But how should i arrange 'N' consecutive RF signals. Any help please.
