How can I compare a lot of signals?

Currently I am doing a PID controller and we have the data of the oscilloscope which is a sin wave. I want to be able to see which in which file there is the smallest error(the smallest sin wave's amplitude). I just downloaded Matlab today and I have almost cero knowledge. I hope someone can help

Hi,

You may use root mean square error as that results errors at quite minute rate.
