My colleague sent me an invitation to edit contents of his folder, which was not shared to anyone at that moment, from Matlab Drive.
I clicked on 'View Invitation' button from the email but I received this error

He then tried to create new folder in Matlab Drive and shared that new folder with me but the same problem still happened.
I also shared my 'Ryan_Tran' folder to him and it worked fine. However, the same problem happened when he tried to share his folder to me.
I appreciate any help to resolve this problem.

I had the same problem but it was solved when I created a new folder and invited my colleague (deleting the older folder).

As per my understanding, this issue occurs when you are trying to share a folder to an account which does not have a MathWorks account linked to it. You can create a MathWorks account with the same e-mail address and then can have the edit or view access to the folder as per the invite link, or if you do not want to create an account, you can view the content by asking the owner to send a 'view only' link.

Hello Dinh Tran, This error arrises when there is an authentication issue with the invite. It happens when the invite is for a particular E Mail ID and you are logged in with some other E Mail ID (can be the one which sent the invite) . Can you please reconfirm , if you were also logged in with other E Mail ID? Or if not, what are the steps that you have followed.
