matlab 2016b update 7 setup failed

when I install MATLAB 2016b successfully, and follow the step to download the R2016b_update_7.exe, but when I double click this .exe, the setup progress failed. And I don't know why. Please help with the installation. Thanks a lot!

Please contact Technical Support using the telephone icon in the upper-right corner of this page. As the message in the installation dialog requests, you should include the log file in the report you make to Technical Support.

The telephone icon is no longer in the upper-right corner of this page, so use the Contact Support link on the Support page (linked at the top of this page) to contact Technical Support instead.
