How can i select and plot the peak values of each sinusoidal wave in a nonlinear continuous waveform.

use findpeaks functin

If you have the signal Processing Toolbox, you can use findpeaks(), if you have the Image Processing Toolbox, you can use imregionalmax(). If you have neither of those, you can build your own with code like this: http://billauer.co.il/peakdet.html Or you can sift through the File Exchange: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/index?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=peak - lots of them in there.
