matlab runs slow with simulink model

MAtlab simulink model (in discrete mode)runs very slow.I tried solver profile and did all suggestions , but still it runs very slow.Tried model discretization, but when i load the file to model discretisation , it shows undiscretazble.

Can someone help to solve this issue.i want to run a 24 hour time, which takes hours to run .

My system is 64 bit operating system with 8 gb RAM.
