read from CSV file-complex

hi, i have aCSV file looks like this:

2012-02-09 00:00:36,11002,86,1,0,376,0,0,0,0,0

2012-02-09 00:00:39,11002,86,1,0,622,0,0,0,0,3

the fields are: datetime|int|int|int|int|int|int|int|int|int|int|

i want to read it into a matrix that will look like this:

year|month|day|hour|all other numeric columns. any suggestions?

P.S the data amount in large, about 3 millon rows...
