システム同定用の入出力データセットをつくりたい
例えば
・伝達関数を用意
・M系列信号を用意
・伝達関数とM系列信号から出力データを作成
はできますでしょうか。
方法がありましたらご教示お願いします。

Simulinkで伝達関数を作成し、M系列信号を入力させることで、所望の出力を得ることが可能です。
M系列信号の作り方は、以下が参考になると思います。

Simulinkで伝達関数を作る際には、「Transfer Fcn」ブロックを使うのが便利です。
