Can't get past Task 2

I'm trying out Image Processing Onramp, why can't i get past through 2.2 Grayscale and Color Images: (2/3) Extract Color Planes and Intensity Values ?

I get the following error message:

! Worker not responsive
There was an issue communicating to the MATLAB compute resource.
