'word2vec' not found

Hi

I'm using 2018b and 'text analytics toolbox' appears in my toolbox list.

However, when I type

>> which word2vec
'word2vec' not found.

Why is that?

Can I or can I not use 'word2vec' function?

If yes, how to use it in this case?

Please advise.

word2vec was introduced in R2017b, so it should be available in your MATLAB. Does the text analytics toolbox appears in the list when you run

word2vec is a method of wordEmbedding. It appears once you construct a wordEmbedding in the current matlab session, e.g.

>> which word2vec

% nothing

>> emb = wordEmbedding("foo",1);

>> which word2vec

% returns path to wordEmbedding, says word2vec is a method
