Can anyone please provide state space equations or dynamic equations of a CNC machine or a 3D printer, that help to design a control system?

This example needs simscape multibody library: https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sm/ to run. It seems that you don't have that installed. Can you show the output of

ver mech

This shows that you don't have the toolbox installed. Without that, the example won't run.
