How do I produce a compressor map on Matlab

It involves plotting constant speed curves on a plot of Flow Function against Pressure Ratio. Over the top of this there is a contour plot of Efficiency.

I have test data that includes all these data (in a .txt format) but just wondering how to get a plot similar to the picture shown.

I can't supply data as its confidential but .txt has five columns: Compressor Speed (rpm), Mass Flow (kg/s), Pressure Ratio (-), Efficiency (%), Flow Function (-)

did you find any solution. I want to produce turbine and compressor map too .but my graphics seem very bad.I think the problem in my graph occurs because of one reason.we have one corrected massflow value which belongs to TWO pressure Ratio. thats why i got zigzag lines. Did you face same poroblem too? If yes how did you solve it? Could you give me advices about that?
