R2009b Matlab runtime supported on Windows server 2008?

Is MATLAB runtime (MCR) R2009B officially supported on Windows server 2008 OS? We use runtime to run Builder NE generated MATLAB logic in form of .NET assemblies...

Yes, it is. http://www.mathworks.com/support/sysreq/release2009bsp1/index.html

The requirements for MCR are the same as the requirements for the corresponding MATLAB version.
