Getting the state variable names

Hello

I have a simulink model with more than 369 state variables for which I can save the final state values (from Configuration parameters, Data import/export) without any problems.

But there are no names by the exported state values (See the snapshot below)

I don't know how to find the state value of a certain state variable. Is there any way to name the state variables, so that one could find its corresponding value?

I'm really stuck in it and would appreciate any helps. Thank you.
