Matlab on a new computer

Can I use my matlab TAH student license on a new computer? My university provided me a campuse wide lisence due to the pandemic but my notebook which I have installed the matlab is in a bad condition. Can I download matlab on a new computer? I mean a brand nwe windows and user name. If you answer it I will appreciate. Thank you

First, back up all your user files (including yuour startup.m file if you created one) to a thumb drive or SD chip and transfer them to your new computer.

Uninstall MATLAB from your old laptop.

Download and install MATLAB to your new computer.

Transfer your user files to the MATLAB directory in the Documents directory.
