Doubts about OFDM implementation

Hi,

I need to implement one OFDM system (Tx and Rx).

The bandwidth = 10MHz;

Subscarries = 128 (Where DC and 10% of the external sub-carriers are null);

GuardInterval(Tg) = Ts/16 (Symbol interval/16);

I know how to implement most of the blocks ...S/P ,CP and so on...

But how could I define one signal with these features ?
