Excusion of Pulse sequence simulation in parallel within GPU environment by employing CUDA technology

Can anyone help me with this, please?

I am developing an MRI pulse sequence simulator and I want to excute it in parallel within a graphic processing unit (GPU) environment by employing CUDA technology. As, I understand this can be implemented using Maltab. I am looking for the most efficient and simplest way to do this with Maltab.

Would someone suggest something for me please?
