How to display Switch Block's threshold label in Simulink

I want to dispaly the threshold and u2 to the Switch Block in smulink, but I don't know how to set it.

选中Switch模块后，右击->Propertties...->Block Annotation->threshold或Criteria
Selected the Switch block , Right click-> ->Propertties...->Block Annotation->threshold or Criteria
