Quiver plot for staggered matrix

Hi all,

I have to make a figure using quiver to show my u and v velocities and then contour my eddyc. I'm not sure how to do so, since my data is in a staggered grid, my plots haven't been right. The x-distance is from 0-70 and the y is from 0-40, as shown in the first two columns of the .txt. The third column is the value (velocity component or eddyc). Thank you!
