How to plot from matrix

I want to plot some graph, I already store the data for each iterarion but it still error

When I run your code, it says that the variable S does not exist. S is defined within an else part of an if statement, so may not be produced. Check where the end commands are and where they're supposed to be, and check whether you need to preallocate S.

All you've done is copy and pasted a very long code and said "this gives me an error". I don't know what the code is supposed to do and I don't know anything about what you're trying to achieve. I told you the source of the error message, but I don't know how to fix it because I don't know what your variables are meant to be, or what value they're supposed to take. The if statement isn't satisfied - I don't know why, and I wouldn't know the best way to fix it without knowing the code in detail.
