Export big subplot problem

Hello everyone,

I have a problem trying to export a large subplot (4x4 so 16 subplots in it). The fact is that, while if I open the plot in landscape mode in Matlab I see al the plots properly, when exporting it the figure gets reduced in size and so many of the plots and titles overlap, and the quality is greatly reduced.

I have seen that it is possible to export the figure with a larger size and keeping an acceptable quality (e.g. in pdf), but I cannot manage to do it.

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Which command are you using to save the pdf file? Are you using the GUI? I suggest using the exportgraphics(): https://www.mathworks.com/help/ref/exportgraphics.html. You can control the resolution to export a high-quality image.
