Lag-Lead compensator

Can anyone help me with this? Badly need the information about this.

Design a Lag-lead compensator to meet the following requirements for the step response

of the given system.

• Overshoot of the response must be less than 10%

• Settling time (Ts) must be limited to 2 seconds.

• Velocity error must be limited to 10 (i.e. Kv ≤ 10)
