Finding global maxima from 3D plot data

I have an algorithm that is supposed to run Monte Carlo for RMSE generation in an estimator. Now the problem is, I need to find the indices for a 3D plot data which has with a number of local maximas but I'm supposed to use only global maxima for estimation. kindly help me in how I can locate the global maxima indices.
