Model based design intro for newbie

Hi, I'm looking for a good video, webinar or presentation, for newbies introduction of the Model based design approach.
This video audience will be varius, but I can think at people who don't know anything about Matlab/Simulink, for example, like students or mid-age workers.
I would like to start from the V-diagram to understand the development flow, following with the Model based philosophy, and some high level example (no need to open Matlab yet).
Once the audiance get the introduction, I can move, to one of the good video avaible on the Mathworks website, but I can't figure out a the best starting point, can you suggest me one? I can evaluate also video outside Mathworks website, or a pay service like Udemy for example.
Last "nice to have": italian language (but I can translate, it's just a nice to have)
