Raspberry pi/ Simulink toolbox problems reading the sensor LC709203F

Good afternoon,
I am trying to read the fuel gauge LC709203F sensor using the i2C blocks from Raspberry Pi/ Simulink toolbox, the LC709203F sensor support 400Khz over I2C communication protocol. However, I got the sensor working by setting the raspberry pi baud rate about 400kHz and 350khz, but readings values have not consistency, when I am trying to lower the baud rate about 10Khz on the raspberry pi, the sensor stop working for Simulink, but work with Python library. Is not worthy to mentioned that the Raspberry pi perfectly reads the continuous data form the sensor with not problems also, I checked the Bus speed using MATLAB and the buss speed is always 100Khz and cannot change it. I was wondering is there is a way to overcome this issue on Simulink by lowering the Bus speed on Raspberry Pi/ Simulink toolbox.
