First thing is you need to have a mapping between color and temperature. WIthout that, we would have to guess that the hottest part of the image is the rectangular blue area to the left, since Blue Hot is hotter than the White Hot shaft that would be beside it. But it does not make sense why the blue hot PCB components are not immediately surrounded by cooler white hot areas, which should be there between the blue hot PCB components and the main red hot PCB.
