Executable file with inputs

Hi I have written a script that take in a set of data and put puts plots. I am trying to create a .exe File that can take in the data and spit out the graphs. I have successfully created an exe file for my script but it only shows the graphs from the data in my script. And help as to how I could enter new data into the exe file would be greatly appreciated
