Comparison 3D plot

Respected Sir,

Attached here an excel file.

I want to compare two 3D plots , one consisting of columns D, E, F (P1,Q1,R1 values) and other consisting of columns H, I, J (P2,Q2,R2 values.).

The values of Q1 Q2 are same and R1 R2 are also same. However, values of P1 and P2 are different but the difference is very very small.

I want to compare between these plots so that I can show the minute difference in their 3D plots. Is there any suitable method or type of plot through which I can show it?
