Can I link Matlab with Code Composer studio 3.1?

Hi all, I have 4 scripts working together in MATLAB, but I want to transfer the processing on to the TI DSK6416-TE. This algorithm basically reads two video frames and computes the BMA using these two frames of size (400x512).

Is there a way to link the DSP board to MATLAB? If yes what version of MATLAB do I need, regarding Code Composer Studio I have version 3.1.

Is there a tutorial or any notes on this topic please? Or maybe even suggestions how this could be done.
