Can we plot streamilnes, isotherms and isocontour plots in MATLAB?

and I think isonanconcentrations would be as well.

But I have a 1D data i.e. U(Y) and Y only. How do I plot streamlines for that?

If you have constant x (1D data) then "streamlines" is not an appropriate concept, it seems to me.
