Toggle selected option of uiconfirm

While the uiconfirm box is waiting for a selection, how can I toggle the selected option (with the blue border) with the left-key and right-key, in order to select it with the enter key (as it is with most confirmation boxes out there).

Hi,

to navigate, use the Tab select next or Shift+Tab to go select previous component. I am not sure whether there exists an option to change these buttons to navigate.
