Problem when installing matlab

Hi everyone! Recently I changed my pc so I tried installing Matlab with my University license in the new pc.

I go through the regular steps and after I choose the installation folder and start the process a pop up that says "Tag mismatch" appears and ends the install.

I haven't really found any on this topic so I would really appreciate any answer!

Hi,

This issue is being investigated by MathWorks.

This could be because of a connection issue leading to system certificates being corrupted when connecting to our servers. The workaround is to restart the machine which may regenerate certificates and allow the connection to take place after restart.
